Refund policy

Every bouquet are handpicked to ensure the quality of flowers are at it’s best condition. However, should an event where the flowers you have received is in a condition where it is deemed unacceptable, please inform us immediately by sending a picture of the damaged flowers to +6010 398 7078 immediately.

In certain circumstances, a full refund will be given to the customer. However, if we find the flowers somewhat acceptable, a partial refund will be given or will be replaced with a new bouquet. We reserve the rights to make these decisions if necessary.

We will not be able to accept the damaged item 12 hours after delivery is made. Please provide us with a copy of your receipt in order for refund to be processed.

Cancellations made 48 hours before delivery is due will not be subjected for refund. Please contact us directly to perform cancellations.

*In an event where bad weather or natural disaster happens, our delivery partner may experience failure to deliver flowers. During unexpected cases like these, you will receive a free order applicable within one month of given date.
